Kenny Rogers Christmas Tour Returns

Kenny Rogers will once again be lighting up the holiday season with his 2009 edition of the Kenny Rogers Christmas & Hits Tour, beginning Nov. 27 in Bossier City, La.

The 20-city tour, also featuring Rebecca Lynn Howard, will wrap two days before Christmas on December 23 in Westbury, N.Y. The show will highlight performances of Christmas standards like “Let It Snow” and “White Christmas” along with some of Kenny’s biggest hits, including “The Gambler” and “Lucille.” Kenny says, “I’ve always loved this season. “I think because people in general, are truly different. Look around…they smile more, they’re more gracious, and generally seem happier. And so I say to you, have yourself a Merry, Merry Christmas and know that I wish for you, what I wish for myself: that you spend this and every holiday season with those you love the most.” This marks the 28th year of Kenny’s Christmas tour. We have been to over 100 Kenny Rogers concerts, including the Christmas Show in 2008 and the Toy Shoppe Christmas Show that he used to do. We are never disappointed. As long as Kenny continues to do shows, we will be in the audience as often as possible. Kenny, you are an inspiration.
