Alan Treats the Fans
Alan Jackson greeted more than 500 fans at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store location in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., Nov. 2, as he launched a new line of merchandise, The Alan Jackson Collection.
The collection includes Alan’s newest CD, Songs of Love and Heartache, along with clothing and gift items, all available exclusively at Cracker Barrel locations throughout the country. During the day, Alan shook hands and signed autographs for two hours for many of the fans, some of whom came from as far away as California to meet the country superstar. “I grew up in the South, so Cracker Barrel has been a part of my family since I was a young man,” says Alan. “I was really flattered when they came to me with the idea of working together to create a collection for their country store, and I’ve been very impressed with the variety and quality of the items that we have put together. I think my fans and their families will appreciate everything in the collection.”

Wish I could have been at this event. I am a huge Alan Jackson fan and have been a fan club member for years. My husband and I love Cracker Barrel too. I hope that someday my husband and I can meet him and that he comes to one of the Opy's birthday celebrations that we attend each year. I plan to get the new CD this weekend. We are from the Cleveland, OH area.
